Position Overview/Description

Digital Imaging Sales Manager position responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives who sell the overall solution set offered by the Lewan Digital Imaging Group. This position will report to the Vice President of Digital Imaging Sales.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage team of Digital Imaging Sales Representatives, to include monitoring performance and sales activity, mentoring and training, appropriate disciplinary action, and other relevant management activities.
  • Participate in product, process and/or sales training in order to provide effective training and feedback to sales team.
  • Ensure sales team meets quota and revenue/gross profit expectations on a monthly basis. Ensure sales team meets sales activity expectations, as well as maintains ICare database sales and contact information.
  • Participate in one-on-one weekly meetings with each team member, and provides appropriate feedback to improve or maintain performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Three years minimum of B2B selling experience is required
  • Industry selling experience is required
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and leadership is required
  • Must have valid driver's license 
  • Must maintain car insurance with company acceptable limits
  • Motor Vehicle Report required annually
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) strongly preferred
  • Possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Possesses strong verbal communication skills
  • Possesses ability and desire to continually update technical job knowledge, including sales strategies, job and industry knowledge, understanding of competition, effective training/mentoring techniques, etc.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

  • Flexible hours required
  • Ability to use own vehicle to travel to customer sites as needed
