Brad was here on Tuesday to fix one of our machines and knew we had just ordered toner that was scheduled to arrive on Wednesday. First, he called this morning and said he was in the general vicinity and would like to stop by and insert the cartridges. Then, after my sad story about Lewan not having any toner he made a call to his supervisor, who in turn called the warehouse to see if any toner was available. you. To make our decision, I looked at several copiers from several different companies. The main reason I chose the copiers I did, was the work of your Customer Service Representative, Genelle Cowlishaw. She worked very hard to send me the information I requested and answer all my questions. The machines that we are using are working very well and the service that we received is professional and very timely. It is very refreshing in today’s business environment to work with professional such as Genelle. I look forward to working with her in the future.
