Need to install Windows 7 from a thumb drive? Microsoft has a great tool that automates the creation of a bootable thumb drive to install Windows 7 from. You just give it the source iso and the destination (DVD or USB thumb drive) then click start. It formats the drive and copies the iso to it. The whole process takes about 20 minutes.
