Rodney Clang

Chief Information Officer

Having had the opportunity of working across a myriad of roles within Lewan (ranging from administrative to field engineering) since I joined the company in 1991, I’ve come to believe in the power of harnessing the native and collective geniuses from as many people as possible. Lewan’s many successes over the years have been carried on the shoulders of very bright and creative teams of people within the synergistic and symbiotic relationships and engagements with our clients. And we have fun doing it! I’m grateful to be able to be a part of it all and very much look forward to inspiring and growing together in the adventures that lie ahead!

Wray Smith

Lewan has been my professional home for the past 5 years, but I have been in the IT service industry since the dawn of the PC revolution. In my role, my goal is to support a team of over 80 engineers relentlessly striving to grow both personally and as a group. Lewan has an incredibly positive and supportive environment from which we deliver our clients the best IT services they can leverage. Working in IT brings challenges to oneself—to be the best, when learning exciting new technologies, or when owning and solving inevitable IT issues. The US Army taught me the power of teamwork amidst adversity. I am proud of all of the careers I have helped advance, and the clients’ businesses our teams have helped grow.

"If you get your foot in the door of a good company, work hard and treat all people with respect, then everything else should fall into place.” This was the simple, traditional, post-college advice from my father that led me to Lewan’s doorstep as a computer warranty claims administrator in 1994.  Since then I’ve continually benefited from an amazing leadership culture that values employee development and applies a “promote from within” philosophy and thankfully I’m now in a position to contribute to this legacy. In my current role, I love working “behind the scenes” with so many incredibly talented people, finding ways to improve operational processes in order to make life easier on our employees and make it easier for our clients to do business with us. For someone who believes in "leading by serving", there is no work more gratifying than what I’m doing at Lewan today.

Barbara Johnson

Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Fresh out of college in 1979, I joined Lewan for my first “real” job as a graduate. Little did I know then that I would still be here so many years later! Lewan has been a wonderful place to build a career, make a difference and always be learning. Here, ownership of your role and collaboration with peers, flourishes. Our employees each play a vital role, and it is fun to see each one grow as a contributing member of the organization. Besides loving what I do here, my husband and I enjoy traveling, whether to interesting places or visiting our three young grandsons. We also enjoy long walks and singing in various community and church choral groups.

Paul Beach

Vice President of Customer Support

Paul has been in the business of customer satisfaction at Lewan for 35 years, beginning his career as a field technician and quickly discovering his enthusiasm for service leadership. Responsible for hardware repair and print related support for Lewan's entire customer base, Paul leads the team of service professionals by example. He also uses his exemplary leadership knowledge to train a national network of service managers for Lewan's sister companies.

April Hansen

Director of Human Resources

I’ve been in the HR field for 20+ years. Working with people is my passion and Lewan is a great place to do that. We have a fun-loving, friendly culture where employees want to come to work and be themselves and be great. Our purpose is to serve one another and clients for success. We value passion, teamwork and hold ourselves accountable—it’s why our average employee tenure is 10 years. My free time is spent traveling to see family and for fun, but Colorado is my favorite place to explore in the summertime.

Michael Carroll

Vice President of Sales

Michael brings 20 years of experience to Lewan. Joining the team as a graphic communications specialist 11 years ago, his contagious positivity and passion for the business quickly developed into a leadership role, giving Michael the opportunity to instill his entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of production and managed print solutions in his team. Michael graduated with a BA from Bowling Green State University.
