Planning

End to end consulting on all aspects of the project cycle. Lewan’s team of experienced program and operations managers is unparalleled in the region. Our projects add up – we’ve delivered tens of thousands mobile devices, desktops, phones and network infrastructure refreshes all with scalable teams of remote, onsite and specialty staffs throughout North America.

Procurement

Whether you procure the equipment through Lewan or other sources, we’ll take on your rollout. By leveraging the use of our warehouses bulk purchases can be made to maximize discounts. It’s also typical for our customers to have us “kit” or bundle products from multiple manufacturers.

Warehousing & Transportation

We have the facilities to support storage and configuration setups for large volumes of equipment. Our warehouses and fleet of trucks are secure and insured, backed by staff, reporting and tracking tools, and processes.

Configuration

Lewan will link our facilities to yours. This allows us to leverage your IT management tools like Microsoft’s System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and mobile device manage (MDM) solutions to test equipment on your actual network prior to arrival, decreasing rollout times and disruption to end users.

Shipping & Deployment

From our warehouse facilities we can ship any size order, leveraging your shipping providers or ours, including Lewan’s own truck fleet. Regardless to how or where we are shipping, our program ensures that there is a thorough plan for proper deployment (whether our team travels to the site or is remote), validated testing and end user communication. Project status and asset information are reported to you throughout the deployment.

Ongoing Support

Once installed, technology components need to be, and remain, fully functional. We put a replacement and sparing strategy in place for rapid replacement and repair. End users simply sent the non-functional components back to us in a pre-provided box with return shipping label and we will receive, track, repair and restock the components for future reuse.

When you decommission technologies, or no longer need packing materials from the deployment stage, we can also help develop a plan for responsible recycling and reuse.
