With more and more strain on the Information Technology group with less people and more work, it is important to look at ways to reduce help desk calls. 1. A user prints a job using the Equitrac Universal Printer.
2. The user selects any printer on the network to release the job at.
3. Equitrac identifies the selected printer.

5. The job is released from the desktop to the printer, where it is picked up by the user.
