I tripped over some interesting features in Google Chrome recently that many people may not know about. Here are my two favorites.

Interesting and humorous error messages

My favorite “He’s Dead, Jim!” (which translates: The operating system has terminated the tab’s process due to a lack of memory, and to resolve you should try closing other programs and tabs to free up more memory.)

And the “Aw, Snap” error when the page doesn’t display correctly (and could mean you have a corrupt user profile, or malware!)

Do you speak Pirate?

Did you know you can change your preferred language on Google Chrome to Pirate?

When you have your Google + profile enabled, Google Chrome provides a Settings button next to the Sign In at the top of the search page.

Click on Settings, then select Languages, and finally click on the “Show More” dropdown.

There are a plethora of fun "non-traditional" options to choose from, including Bork!Bork!Bork! (the language of the Swedish Chef from the Muppets), Pirate and Hacker.
